Shipping

Due to being a one woman show, all orders are print-to-order and will be posted within 7 business days.

  • All Domestic Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Post.

  • All International Orders will be sent by Air with tracking.

If you have an urgent order, please email hellosundoodles@gmail.com before ordering to ensure you have your package delivered on time.

We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.

Missing Orders

If you’re concerned your order has gone missing in transit, please get in touch at hello@elkaandokery.com so I can help track it down.

Damaged Order

I take extra care to package items securely, but sometimes couriers can be a little rough. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the packaging and the item.

You can either:

  • Within UK: visit your local Post Office to lodge a compensation claim (more details here).

  • Or, email me at hello@elkaandokery.com with the photos so we can look into it further.
